Orthopedics & Pain

  • Extracorporeal shockwave therapy (ESWT)

Shock waves are sent from outside the body, with no needle. Used for long-standing tendon pain and calcific deposits.

  • Winback TECAR therapy

One handpiece does three things: it warms the deep tissue, makes the muscle contract, and dampens pain signals.

  • Spray and stretch

A cooling spray is applied to the area of acute pain or muscle and fascia tension, followed by relaxation and stretching.

  • Fluoroscopy-guided injection

Medication is injected while the needle tip and the nerve are watched together on a C-arm screen. Placement is seen, not guessed.

  • Ultrasound-guided injection

The needle and the target tissue stay on the same ultrasound screen during the injection. Targets range from joint spaces and tendon sheaths to the nerves of the arms and legs and stiffened fascia.

  • Prolotherapy & regenerative injection

Injections of PDRN, placenta extract, high-concentration dextrose or your own blood concentrate, given to prompt repair at the damaged site. The spot is confirmed by ultrasound first.

Neurology

  • Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS)

A magnetic field applied from outside the head stimulates a specific area of the brain. No anesthesia, no incision.

Wellness

  • Manual therapy

A physical therapist releases stiff joints and muscles by hand. A physician examines you first and sets the area and intensity.

  • IV therapy

Nutrients you are short of go directly into a vein. The formula is set after a physician checks your condition.

  • Stem cell therapy (autologous, blood-derived)

Regenerative cells and growth factors are separated from your own blood, concentrated, and given back through a vein. It is used for general recovery and anti-aging. The same concentrate is also used on the scalp in Head Reset Fit, and on ligaments and tendons in prolotherapy.

  • Head Reset Fit hair-loss program

A hair-loss program done in one visit: the neck and shoulder lymphatics are released, the scalp is prepared, then scalp injections and TMS follow. Your hair-loss type is assessed first, and the scalp care and injection are chosen by type.

Testing

  • Nerve conduction study / EMG

Whether numbness is really coming from a compressed nerve, and where.

  • Musculoskeletal ultrasound

Muscle, tendon and ligament seen live, without radiation.

  • X-ray

Bone shape and joint spacing in a single image. Usually the first test for pain.

  • Cognitive function test

Memory, language, attention and judgment measured separately, to find which area has changed.

  • Transcranial Doppler

Blood flow speed in the vessels feeding the brain.

  • EEG

Electrical activity of the brain, when there was a seizure or a change in consciousness.

  • Autonomic function test

Dizziness and fainting that follow posture changes.

  • Video nystagmography

    Eye movement patterns behind vertigo.
